  Delivery Policy

  All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to courier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.

  Return Policy

  At Foota, we are committed to delivering to you the very best shopping experience. In case we sent you the wrong product, or the product is faulty, or  if you changed your mind after paying, Foota will be happy to accept returns free of charge, provided that:

  • Products are returned in the original packaging
  • The package was never opened, i.e. is sealed (*),
  • The product shows no sign of usage (*),
  • The stamped receipt is attached,

  (*) Condition doesn’t apply for faulty (defective) products

  You have up to 14 days to return it.

  Please note that items are not returnable in the case of

  1. Damage caused by misuse or  signs of wear and tear
  2. The product has been used, purposely altered, or assembled 
  3. Products you wish to exchange for a different color or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).
